Last year from 27th April-16th May, we let you know about our #PCC20DAYS challenge where our team committed to fundraising for 20 days to raise money for Sure24, an education and housing project in Nakuru, Kenya.
Sure24 have been doing great work having two children’s homes and schools as well creating a new project designed to help school leavers. COVID-19 hit them harshly causing severe floods and the return of many of the university students causing them to be sent home without a place to stay.
We set a target of £2000 which with all your help, we exceeded by 200%! Thank you all very much for your contributions and congratulations on being a part of supporting those closest to us. Your donations went towards the feeding of the children. We have also been able to help with the further implementation of hygiene and sanitisation and the building of an additional location hire to house our students who were sent home during COVID and left without anywhere to stay.
