Rainedge International Centre is a registered charitable organization transforming lives through holistic and sustainable community empowerment. Our programs span:

• A children’s orphanage

• Community feeding initiatives

• An integrated educational pipeline from primary to college (with a focus on Persons with Disabilities – PWD’s)

• Agricultural and community enterprise projects

As our outreach continues to expand, the urgent need for safe, inclusive, and dignified sanitation facilities grows more critical. The construction of a modern ablution block is not just a structural 1necessity; it’s a human right intervention for our children, youth, and community members.

2. Project Background

Our current sanitation facilities are overstretched, outdated, and not fully inclusive. These compromises:

• Hygiene and health

• Student retention and school performance

• The dignity and safety of girls, children, and PWDs

• Overall living standards within the Centre

Building a modern ablution block will:

 Enhance hygiene and reduce disease

 Provide dignity and safety for all users

 Improve educational outcomes

 Align our Centre with international standards for inclusive care

3. Project Scope and Features

The proposed ablution block will be inclusive, durable, and environmentally friendly, designed to meet the needs of all users. Key features include:

• Separate toilet for boys and girls

• Accessible toilets and hand washing stations for Persons with Disabilities

• Dedicated facilities for staff and visitors

• Running water with hygiene-promoting hand washing stations

• Eco-friendly waste management system (septic or bio-digester, based on site assessment)

4. Fundraising Goal

Our total fundraising target is approximately £25,000 covering:

• Architectural & Structural Planning

• Materials (bricks, cement, roofing)

• Plumbing & Water Systems

• Labour & Technical Services

• Fittings & Accessibility Features

5. Fundraising Activities

To bring this vision to life, we have planned an impact-driven fundraising event:

“Ride for Dignity & Inclusion” – 11th October 2025

Main Event: A 75K bicycle ride from Thomson’s Falls to Rainedge International Centre

Accessibility Inclusion: A 10K walk from the Equator for PWDs and Sure24 family members

Goal: To raise £25,000 in support of the ablution block construction

This isn’t just a ride; it’s a journey of hope and dignity. By participating or sponsoring a rider/walker, every donor becomes part of our mission to restore health, hygiene, and humanity.

6. How You Can Help

We invite partners, well-wishers, corporates, and individuals to:

 Sponsor the construction (full or partial sections)

 Sponsor a rider/walker

 Donate building materials or skilled labour

 Join the event as a participant or volunteer

All contributions will be acknowledged and documented, and donors will receive updates on project milestones and impact stories from our beneficiaries.

7. Conclusion

This project is more than infrastructure. It is a commitment to restoring dignity, health, and inclusion for some of the most vulnerable members of our society.

Your generosity will echo through generations, giving hundreds of children and youth the safe and clean environment they deserve.

Let’s build dignity together. Let’s build hope.
