PCC Contact Centre

Recently, PCC became registered as a family contact centre with NACCC (National Association of Children’s Contact Centres). We often saw foster carers frustrated with how far they would have to travel to take their looked after children to have contact with their family members. This encouraged us to create this provision and so far we have very good feedback.

We provide a lovely safe environment for looked after children to have contact with their family members where they can play and be together.

We offer supervised contact where we provide reports that can be used in court to enable judges to make informed decisions about the child’s future. We are also able to offer parenting advice and support to the parents where appropriate.  We recently saw a mother reunited with her children with our reports adding to the overall parenting assessment.

This is another way PCC can offer support to local foster carers and to the children and families that use our centre.

If you are in need of a contact centre or would like to find out more then please contact us.
